That way your client isn’t guessing about what their next steps should be to get the most out of their home and out of their experience working with you.   • This is a service we offer your clients to help them get their home decluttered and ready for their photos and open house. This is how your clients will get the most money for their home. We come in, one session at a time, and help your clients go through their home. We will take away the clutter and box up personal items so potential buyers can see themselves in the home. Call us to see how you can add this to the services you tell your clients about.

  • Our Decluttering Sessions will help your clients get the items gone in their home that are no longer serving them. This helps them have less to pack when moving day comes and it helps them to feel less overwhelmed with the whole process. We haul off any trash or donations at the end of each session from that days work.

  • When you hand your clients the keys to their new home and you want to buy them a thank you gift, imagine if you got them 1 session with a Professional Organizer to help them get a jump start on settling into their new home. We can either help them create a plan during the session or we can use that session to help them unpack their kitchen. Whatever helps your clients the most during that session is what we will do for them. When the word gets out that you do this for any clients that use you as their realtor, word of mouth will become your best marketing tool.   • If your clients need help packing or unpacking this is where we come in to make you look good. Our team can get as little or as much done as you need. We do not just throw things in a box or unpack without thinking of how the space is going to be used. Packing and Unpacking is a puzzle that should be done with the clients in mind. We always go above and beyond to set up spaces to work for the people that will be living in them.

  • When your clients are selling or buying, it is always good to have the house deep cleaned before the new owners move in. That is where we come in to help you look good to your clients. Deep Cleanings start at $0.30 per square foot and go up based on the exact specifics of the job. Reach out to get an exact quote.
