HOME ORGANIZING STEPS FOR SUCCESS!!

STEP 1…

THE CONSULTATION

FREE

INCLUDES…

  • 45 MINUTE ZOOM OR IN-HOME CONSULTATION

  • Together we will look at your space to come up with a Decluttering & Organizing plan for your home (based on your specific needs)

  • Discuss your organizing goals

  • Answer any questions you may have

  • Set up your appointment time for your first session.

  • $100 Deposit is required to set up your session time on our calendar. The deposit goes toward your session price on the day of your session as long as you don’t cancel or reschedule. If you cancel or reschedule your session within 72 hours of the scheduled time, you forfeit your deposit.

DECLUTTER & DONATE SESSION

$297 Per Session

INCLUDES…

  • 3 Hour Session

  • We will take you through the process of Decluttering & Sorting.

  • We will work with you to sort your items into KEEP or RELEASE

  • We will Haul Off the items that you choose to release after the 3 hour session

  • We will provide the bags to haul away unwanted items.

  • We will organize the items you would like to keep in an orderly fashion.

STEP 3…

ORGANIZING SESSIONS

$397 Per Session

INCLUDES…

  • 3 Hour Session

  • Measuring your spaces (Prior to the Session)

  • Research for bins & baskets for your specific space (Prior to the Session)

  • We will do the shopping for you or send you the link to purchase the products that you need for that area so we have them for the day of the session (Prior to the Session)

  • During the Session we will go through your items and figure out the plan for your space that works best for you

  • We will add labels to your bins if they are able to be added

  • After the Session, we will Haul Away any trash or unwanted Items from that days session

 

OTHER SERVICES WE PROVIDE

UNPACKING AFTER A MOVE * $97 per hour

After you have moved everything into your new home, now comes the exciting but hard part of unpacking everything that was in your other home and making it fit and make sense in your new home. This is where we come in, we can unpack your boxes, declutter if needed, help you decorate while using what you have to set up your new home. Sometimes it is nice to get new items for your new home but sometimes you can use what you already own. We love helping out clients figure out how to use as much as they can of what they already have.

REAL ESTATE CLEANING

Once your home is empty we come in and clean your home to get it ready for the new owners OR If you just bought a new home and need it cleaned before you move in. You have so much going on, the last thing you need is to do everything yourself, that’s where we come in. We would love to make the move easier for you and deep clean your home. The cost varies based on the size of the home but it averages about $0.30 per square foot. Fill out our form and we will get back to you within 24 hours so we can make the move easier for you. STAGING SESSIONS

Using what you have to declutter and stage your home to get ready for selling. We will box up and label everything so you know where it is after you sell your home. When potential buyers walk through your home it needs to be staged in such a way that they can see their family living in that home which is where we come in. Staging your home is $97 per hour.

Virtual Organizing Sessions * $75 per hour

Virtual Organizing Sessions on Zoom or Messenger. We will talk about the problem you are facing, you can show me your space, your calendar or your unruly piles of paper, then together we will go through step by step to come up with a plan so you can Declutter & Organize. Then we can check in with each other once a week to see how you are progressing. I will be your accountability coach and I will be your #1 cheerleader so together we will Love, Laugh & Organize. Your home can become everything you have ever wanted it to be, we will do this together, one step at a time so your brain knows you have a plan and the stress of the situation will subside.
